This place was perfect for my short term stay while I was in Indianapolis for a job! It had everything I needed and it was close to good food and drinks. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is truly a gem . You get space, great kitchen, washer and dryer. Close proximity to downtown for a great price. And his team truly thought of everything one would need. If there was an issue, A was very responsible and quick to get the problem resolved! I was pleasantly surprised that there was a sweet woman that came to clean the common areas. Great stay!

The apartment is super cute and the landlord made great use of all the space. If any issues arouse, he was quick to respond and was always helpful. Very recommended!

Had a pleasant extended stay. Bed is comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. When there was an issue, management fixed the problems within 6 hours. The ac unit wasn't working like it should but as I said, someone was there quickly and fixed it. There was fast internet, 1gb for all my tech needs. I wasn't able to get smart TV to link up Netflix but I had a roku that worked fine. Would stay again!

Great AC! It was really hot this summer and that AC never failed! Newer mod cons: w/d, stove, micro ( no dish washer). Very clean. Neighbors very friendly and despite houses being close, the neighborhood is quiet, except on July fourth, lol. I walked my dogs quite a bit around the area and felt very safe. The neighbor that lives in the other half of the double is friendly and quiet. Great location to Community East Hospital.

My roommate and I are travel nurses and rented this place together. We had an excellent experience, the kitchen is fully stocked and the beds were comfortable. Very cozy living room. Overall the place was very clean, nice, and spacious. Very close to Irvington neighborhood with many good restaurants and 5 minutes from Kroger. Close to downtown and 11 minutes from the hospital I was working at. We enjoyed our time here and the owner was exceptionally easy to work with and very responsive. Met two neighbors who were nice. Another renter does rent out the part of the house above but has their own entrance area. Overall 5 stars.

Nice 2BR, 1Ba. Clean and comfortable. Spacious parking in the back so you dont have to worry about your car on the narrow street out front. Would stay here again

Located closer to my assignment. A is very responsive, I had issues with my previous location and he was very accommodating.
